I did not like the way the room smelled. It was clean but had a nasty stinch. I bring my own disinfectant however it smelled when after I sprayed it. Bought air wick oil freshener for the the wall and some OdoBan spray to keep it smelling good. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes when it was a non smoking room. Just a stinch of old hotel basement. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was good and the amenities didn’t disappoint. Such as the pool and gym. Clean. Oh and the king room that’s accessible Is NOT like any other I’ve been too this one was really small! No sofa bed and thank God we could move the bed over to place another airbed. Other than that I have no complaints. Not bad. That’s why I gave it 3 stars and not 5.

We drove 6 hours for my daughter’s graduation. Check in went smoothly the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the TV didn’t work the whole time we were her and we could not adjust the temperature of the ac in the room. When we went down to breakfast the attendant working was very rude.

We stayed for five days. The first three days were fine, quiet less hearing doors being slammed; until the fourth day, we heard noise from upstairs of someone stomping and the next bedroom which someone bumped into the same wall with the bed headboard. The sound insulation was not good. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, bacons, waffles…; food changed bi-daily. Hot water, coffee and cold water is available all day.

The room didn’t have a tub. It was an accessible room and the closet pole was too low. The room was not serviced on the second day although I requested it. None of the front desk staff was knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
