Beautifully maintained historic house. Clean, quiet and spacious. We really enjoyed the sofas in the living area downstairs. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen looked useful. This would be a great place for a group event. Also only about a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Church Street. Highly recommend Ruby’s Bakery.

We will definitely be staying here again. Lovely, historic home, with a professional-level kitchen (fully equipped). Walking distance to downtown. No pool, but great air conditioning. No staff on site, if that matters to you.

This would be a wonderful choice for a large gathering for an event. The kitchen dining area with a table that seats at least 10, is amazing with another wonderful outdoor kitchen all shady. The location is perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown restaurants and wine and beer spots. Rooms are small but comfortable. I’ve stayed in Merlo and Zinfandel rooms. I think a total of 5 rooms with private baths.

The property and neighborhood were amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated quite well. The common areas inside and out felt much like home. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and concise. I would stay here again, for sure!

Top notch place! Wonderful property. Like a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast. But you can make your own coffee in the kitchen. It is essentially staff free. You are sent multiple personalized instructions on how to enter the house and your room. A live person was available by phone and was very helpful when we inevitably needed to call. Very nice furniture and decorating in our room. Large and comfortable common areas on the first floor. Large front porch for sitting and huge back yard with murals and fire pit. Would be great for groups and families.
