As we walked into our room it had a very bad lysol and bleach smell I had to leave the exterior door open for about 3 hours for ventilation okay it doesn't end there I went to bathroom and the bathroom door has a big punch out hole and the window has 2 bullet holes I went down to the front desk and told them there response was maintenance don't work on weekends and it was early Friday morning

Yes, the room was clean and staff were very welcoming and pleasant to work with. The "breakfast" was cold and cereal with milk instead of anything hot. We will be staying at the Best Western where they have hot scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cream cheese, etc.

Went there thinking I would just check in, I already had a perpaid reservation. They wanted a 100$ CASH ONLY deposit. I didnt have my wallet but i had a picture of a valid ID and I offered to do touch pay. They said no, cash only. I attempted to get cash back at gas stations but it was to late and the ATMs dont have touch pay, I was out of town for work and had to sleep in my car for the night. Very disappointed.

I come to Lodi every January to show my poultry at the poultry show. I like how close I am to the show area that I don't have to drive 30 mins each day of the show like I have to at other shows. Rooms are always clean and it looked like after this last stay the room may have been renovated it looked nice. The staff is nice. I like the Continental breakfast every morning a good way to start the morning. I would recommend friends or anyone to try their stay here

The bed sheets had debris from the outside Specks of grass, leaves and dirt (we thought it to be B.. B..s) notified the clerk upon inspection it was from outside. The clerk was nice offered to move us to another room we declined Great Staff!
