Surrounded by vineyards in the heart of the Sacramento Delta, the Seymour Ranch Camp House offers a special retreat to a little-known part of California. Relax on the patio, enjoy a fire pit overlooking the vines, walk the fields, go fishing or birdwatching, or help feed the chickens and collect eggs. A public boat ramp just a mile away makes it easy to launch your boat for waterskiing or fishing. The historic town of Locke is just minutes away and numerous wineries dot the countryside.
The Camp House at Seymour Ranch is a three-bedroom, two bath farm house with views across 200 acres of vineyards and the 100-year-old barn. The house is fully furnished with all amenities, including an outfitted kitchen, A/C and free wifi. The front patio and back deck are furnished with a barbeque and outdoor dining.
This property is rural agricultural with the nearest local market 6 miles away in the old town of Walnut Grove. We recommend sourcing your groceries in Elk Grove or Lodi where the nearest supermarkets, vet, hospitals and other amenities are about 45 minutes away. Ample off-road parking for boats, jets skis, etc., and an EV charging station. The property has no stairs.

This is a working farm in a rural setting, so be aware that farm equipment (usually small tractors) may make their rounds in the adjacent fields. Guests may walk the perimeter of the fields but farm workers have the right of way.
