Had a confirmed reservation still took 20 minutes to check in. The toilet set was ready to fall off and had mold in the shower. Room didn't smell very fresh either. Shower curtain was too small, had a lot of water on the floor and the towels were the see through type. Room came with a free breakfast, should have paid me. Oh well, win some lose some.

I wanted to bring to your attention the unacceptable condition of room 210. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom toilet had poop stains, and the shower tub still had liquid shampoo residue, clearly indicating it had not been cleaned. Additionally, the bed near the window had dirty socks left on it. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be staying here again.
