There was a deposit to put down that we were not told about until we get there which was fine but to be told it was take 50 days to return is crazy, got checked in the room and the shower didn't work they put me in another room to accommodate the shower not working only to have 7 kids knocking on doors and running off which was a all night thing check out was at 11am me and my wife checked out at 5am and drove home drunk and as we checked out we were informed that the lady that switched my room never updated it in the system so someone else could've came in got that room got the key and walked in on me and my wife an last people lives there permanently it doesn't feel welcoming to people stopping through

The hotel and suite was nice, but there are no employees that work there. Took 15 minutes to find an employee to check in. There were 4 boys in the pool fist fights, choking and strangling each other with the net and pool rope. Tried to find the lady working- 30 minutes and never did find her- desk phone had 11 missed calls. Then we needed an extra blanket, me and another gentlemen stood down there for 15 minutes before another lady came in from outside and got mad and said she would find her. I watched her go to the laundry room and the lady that worked behind the counter, came back looking like she just woke up. Went to check out, no employee could be found again. I just walked out. The staff is the reason I will never stay there again. I am finding a number to their corporate office and filing a complaint there too

The first room I was assigned was not cleaned. Bed, bathroom, etc was all the old used bedding/linens. Was given a second room and it was in the exact same condition. THis time I called down and told the desk gal she needed to bring the key to me. I had already trekked through the hotel plenty of times and I have a hip issue that makes it painful to walk a long distance, which the hotel has long hallways. Third room was clean. The front desk gal was unprofessional and I even questioned if she was under the influence.

Breakfast was limited to basically just breads. There were a few boiled eggs rationed for 1 or 2 guests. Room furnitures have stains. Worst, beddings have stains with bad odor, urine-like odor. Also found bed bugs.

I got there and the room wasn't even clean, there wasn't sheets on the bed, pillows were on the floor, trash was in the trash can and when I went back to the front desk the lady was brand new and she didn't know what she was doing. I had just came from a long trip and I wanted to lay down she said she was going to have to call her manager. I went back and took pictures of the room and still couldn't find the front desk lady when I went back to see what the other manager said she said I was going to have to wait 3 hours until the other manager came in. I would not come here
