Welcome to your home away from home. This newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is ideally located just blocks from the heart of historic Main Street St. Charles, MO.

The home features a full kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, a cozy front porch with a swing suited to morning coffee or evening relaxation, and a private driveway with additional parking on the rear pad. Need to do laundry during your stay? There's a laundromat conveniently located right across the street.

Whether you're here to explore Main Street's shops and restaurants, attend local events, or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway, this charming house is the perfect base for your stay.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units, we must make you aware of the following:

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.

-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.

Early Check-In
Please contact us on the day of your arrival to request an early check-in. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Late Check-Out
Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please contact us the day before departure to request a late check-out. Late check-out is subject to availability and the following fees:
Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.

Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.

It’s an old house with a musty smell. The bathroom light did not work and no one followed up with us after reporting this issue. The bed we slept in was very comfortable so that was a definite plus. The location was also perfect.

The location was good for our needs. Everything was in working order but the bedroom in the back of the house (we choose that one due to the street traffic) needed cleaned. When I plugged in the chargers it was very dusty behind the night stands and bed. Other than that it was ok.
