Several unsafe strange people staying at and hanging around the hotel.. Carpet dirty in halls and rooms. Refrigerator not cold. We had to ask for towels trash bags amd toilet paper. Had to set the trash bags outside the room. No one ever knocked to clean the room. Hotel manager tried to charge extra money, more than he was suppose to for my pets! This hotel use to be a 4 o 5 star hotel, I know this because I use to work there. Bathtub was leaking! The whole time we were there. Phone in the room not working properly. Keys to room kept malfunctioning. The hotel is huge and has a lot of rooms. I do not see how they stay in business. Hardly anyone was staying at the hotel not even over the weekend. All the other hotels were packed. The hotel is not compared in my eyes eve to a run down motel 6. They even have not upgraded their furniture and facilities. Next time I get a hotel from your web site, and I use it often. I’m going to make sure I get refund insurance also. That is if I use this web site again. The hotel had also a bad odor the smells like uncleanliness.

Room appeared clean but very worn. Carpet had many stains. The outlet plugs, my CPAP machine, hair appliances were holding on for dear life to stay connected . The bathroom door smacked the shower curtain rod when you enterer, husband thought someone was knocking on the door. When using the shower, the knob to make the water go to the shower overhead would barely move causing low flow on the shower head and most water still running out the faucets. Didn’t have breakfast but did have some good hot coffee from the breakfast bar with several creamer options.

Breakfast choices were OK but the quality of the scrambled eggs was really low. They had no flavor. The hotel seemed safe. The room appeared dated but everything worked.

The room in general was not clean. The drapes over the A/C were black and weren’t properly hung. The mirror and picture frames in the bathroom were both damaged and peeling. The floors were not freshly vacuumed and under the sink was dirty. The sink and shower faucets leaked. The door to the door was not hung straight so it was difficult to close. We were supposed to have a non smoking room but there was definitely a lingering odor that they appeared to try to cover up. One of the luggage carts sounded like it was going to fall apart when it was pushed.

Hotel waited until after booking to say there actually was no airport shuttle. Room itself was in OK condition, but all of the outlets were loose and most didn't work well enough to power electronics. Loud rattling noises intermittently from the fridge and AC system, and the inside of the fridge was dirty with some things from a previous resident there.

Stained floors. Dirty bathroom. Very loud floor. Had to freeze my debit cards while on a cross country trip. I believe one of your employees used my card to pay a $400 electric bill. It happened one hour after we left.

Online on expedia they mentioned that an airport shuttle is available. However, when you call the hotel for the shuttle they tell you there is none. The rooms are outdated. The microwave in the room was very old. It was giving 1970s. The carpet in the lobby was stained and old. The staff had good service and were very nice to their guests.
