This is NOT an airport hotel. No courtesy shuttle. You are a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The Best Western airport hotel is now a Hyatt Regency. The location of this one also seems very sketchy/unsafe. We didn’t stay and ended up having to last second drive and find a new actual airport hotel. If you are looking for an AIRPORT hotel, the name is very misleading

I was there for 2 nights. It’s what I expect in a hotel, just needs a few updates. It did take FOREVER to get hot water. Light in the bathroom was out, no biggie. I was there to sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was low probably because the fixture only partially diverted the water from the tub to the shower head. Friends staying in other rooms the same day told us that they had the same problem in their rooms, so it seems like a facility wide problem.

The people in our hotel was very rude. I came in at 8:30. Talking about how he is in trouble not to report him saying he been there all day.They didn’t have clean rooms. On thanksgiving the guy that was working that shift told me that. He is not cleaning a room he don’t get paid for that. To go somewhere else I won’t get my refund back. Told me not to feel bad the other people that booked won’t get a refund as well. Had me waiting in the lobby for fours hours .
