HORRIBLE, DO NOT CARE ABOUT GUESTS. BEWARE! I forgot my wallet in my room and the General Manger refused to send it to me. He told me he doesn’t have the 30 minutes to take out of his day to go to the post office, that I’m irresponsible for leaving the wallet and it’s not his problem that I’m irresponsible, and told me I have to come back and get it. Does he not realize I stayed here because I don’t live around there? I had to take the day off from work for a 6 hour round trip back to the hotel. I asked what if I lived across the country would you send it? He stated I was rude for asking. I asked why no one called me when the wallet was found over 24 hours ago when I was in the area until 5pm, he said he didn’t know, then lied and said someone called me at 4pm, no one called; I requested a copy of their call log and could not be provided with one. Their website also states, when items are left behind the Red Roof will work with you to return your item; how is that working with me? I called corporate and spoke to numerous people, and no one would help me. He stated it’s against their policy to ship found items, and I asked for a copy of that policy as well which couldn’t be provided to me. I begged him to send the wallet and said I’d pay him whatever he wanted, he stated he’s not doing it because he doesn’t want to and doesn’t work for me. I said on your way home from your shiftyou can’t drop it off? He said no. Embarrassing he’s the face of this location.-20 year guest, done.

The room was very comfortable and cool. The area has a lot of places to shop. There are plenty of dining places. And also grocery stores. Also 2 pet stores across the street from each other.
