The rooms were reasonably in size. Very comfortable. There was a night light in the bathroom for convenience and it gave off just enough to make it comfortable. They offered hot tea, coffee and cocoa 24/ 7 . That is always a pleasant extra. Breakfast was a nice spread with several different options to choose from overall a wonder stay.

Egg w/ Cheese Omelet was very cold! The home fries were not even cold, they weren’t cooked all the way through! You have to use (5) pillows under your head, just to feel like you have (1)! I have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns and this one was terrible !!!

Very nice soft beds. Room was very clean. Getting them to give me more toilet paper was like pulling teeth. Nice young man checked us in. I believe his name was Brock. Great employee. He was upset that he couldn’t give us the king bed we wanted because Expedia did not give them contact information so they could call us. Breakfast was ok. The scones with coffee in the morning I really enjoyed. Right by the highway very convenient. I recommend.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly. My room and the exterior areas of the property were very clean. Breakfast service was also very good. The area is well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were available and extremely helpful throughout my stay. My main concerns are with housekeeping. I called the front desk and was told that rooms are serviced daily. One day when I came back from a very long pouting, our room was not cleaned at all, and I was told it was because they had 90 checkouts the night before. The next night, even though I confirmed that my room would be cleaned with the front desk, housekeeping, left towels, but did a very poor job with everything else. The bed was not made, the bench was pulled away from the bed and left that way, blankets, never folded, no surfaces wiped down, nothing at all was picked up off the floor in the bathroom or the main room. I’ve never seen such horrible housekeeping service. I sent pictures and an email to the manager and did not hear back at all. It was completely unacceptable. I certainly hope this is not something that goes on there often.
