this is NOT a greenstay, its converting to a best western so upon arrival there was alot of confusion. our room & facilities thankfully were very nice but this needs clarified for the future. we were not asked about rewards or joining best western for credit for this stay.

Courteous staff, clean room with nice heavy weight comforter. The mattress was a bit too firm (it felt worn out), but everything else was perfect. Breakfast was the usual hotel menu, but top of the line. The orange juice was not watered down, the eggs were scrambled, but tasted like eggs, etc. Clean buffet room. Great stay! Will be back.

The toilet leaked around the floor and was VERY loose. My room was on the bottom floor and the noise from the room above was terrible. Could hear every footstep. Sounded like elephants. Room had a bad smell. Will not stay there again.
