The rooms were the cleanest ive ever seen. The staff we very polite and seemed to actually listen to what my needs were. I will definitely be staying again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. And just wanna say keep up the hard work house keepers. And to the front desk thank you for the warm welcome and help you provided.

Had to be moved three times first was a pure clean room the bathtub had black mold been there so long it was pink, the second room was like landing an airplane the heater was louder then the tv, third room had no hot water in sink we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. Breakfast was cold and so old the eggs were like rubber.

had a clogged toilet that I told him I needed to have fixed so we could use the bathroom and they said they would come and fix it when the maintenance guy got in within 20 minutes two hours later it was still not fixed then after a second call another 45 minutes pass still not fixed. I ended up just checking out early and leaving. Not very good customer service.

We had a large room, king size bed, a desk, three chairs and a TV credenza. The bathroom was adequate, but a little small. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were basic. So bring your own. The hotel had no complementary breakfast or coffee but did provide one free breakfast. The hotel desk clerk was hard to find and we had to call for them when we needed something. It was not a problem, because they were around the corner. We got a great value and I would stay there again.

Room was clean, but the first room we were in didnt have hot water. No big deal, they had us in a new room right away. The only downside was the $ 15 breakfast buffet, which was sub par at best. Ate at 7am and the food was all cold and the biscuits were hard as stone. Despite that, I will definitely use this hotel again in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing like being woken up by housekeeping pounding in the door at 830am. Also noticed my door was open with the inside lock barely keeping the door shut. I will never stay in this hotel again.

This property listed its standard room to accommodate 5 people. There were two queen beds, but no sofa bed, so, the 5th person had to sleep on the floor. Either Expedia or the property should clarify it and should not allow more than 4 people per room if there is no sofa bed.
