We called just after 6pm to let them know we would be a late check in. When we checked in after 11pm. The beds were half stripped. We had to go to the front desk to get sheets and bedding to make the beds. The room was not vacuumed. On the floor there were toenail clippings, dirt from someones shoes all through the room. There was trash on the floor. We were told there were no other rooms we could be moved to.
