The guy at the front desk was helpful. The first door would not open, he had to switch me rooms. The next room, there was one towel in the room. Also the heater was not on and it was 15°.

The room was very clean and nice, and staff were helpful. The room door was a bit finicky, but the person at the desk was able to offer a method of opening that made it more cooperative. I would have appreciated being told this method before walking upstairs and back down, however. Breakfast was also nice, for the most part, although the muffins tasted stale.

Wouldnt know lost my money because they didnt state in the description that the hotel didnt rent rooms to anyone within 60 miles of there hotel unless you read all the policies which thwy know noone does when booking a room everybody looks at the discription while selecting a room as to if there is smoking aloud or pets or free parking and amenities. No one exoects to be turned away when they go to check in because they live in a town a hour away so they live to close a rented room is a rented room in trms of filling up and making money or leaving rooms empty and losing money or actually leaving rooms empty and keeping peoples hard earned money they paid to rent the room because they have a stupid policy that no one expects or even thinks would be a policy i lurned my lesson instead of booking through this place or any other i will book straight through the hotel from now on and i will never stay at the days in on I 44 in springfield it was dirty and stink in the lobby anyways so i can only imagine the state of the rooms there .

I got a jacuzzi room the jacuzzi was great and the room was nice but the over all hotel is a little older and rundown but it looks like they’re doing renovations. Very nice staff! Would likely stay again.

The room was lacking and the staff was not helpful. Standing water in the tub drain, ceiling tiles in the bathroom above the toilet falling down and badly stained. Bed sheets looked as it they had been slept in, curtains had stains the phone was broken and the room is not kept in any fashion of good order. I did not stay. I arrived a day early and rented the room and then cancelled that room due to the conditions, the staff onsite did not offer a different room or anything. This was the most unsatisfied in a hotel in my entire life and I am almost 60 years old. Also tried to get intouch with Hotels.com but could not as the system was very hard to navigate but I did have the insurance and have submitted the claim.

Nice room and clean, comfortable beds. Odd sign on lawn forbidding pets...strange as it was just outside our door with a pet friendly room. Outdide access door may be a no go for some, but for one night stay, we were ok. Older property with sufficient updates. Breakfast was the usual fare, but not a stand out.
