Disliked: Cleanliness
When we arrived at the house the property was not clean. It smelled like smoke that had been covered up by about 8 plug in air scents. The sheets did not look clean, the floors were filthy, and there was even mold on the bathroom ceiling. I was also shocked to find that one of the bedrooms did not have a DOOR. We were offered a window curtain to cover the doorway…We ended up just cleaning the place ourselves and washing the sheets because there was not another option in all of Springfield for us. The one upside, the property manager was kind and friendly when I spoke to her. This place has potential. It just needs a ton of work and a much better cleaner.
