We had a change of plans for Christmas and ended up having to book a hotel room. The staff at the Bradford was incredibly nice and welcoming. They UPGRADED us to a HUGE room, giving us a whole kitchen and lots of extra space. The room was very clean and updated. During our stay, the toilet in our bathroom was clogging and acting weird, so we went up to the front desk to get a plunger. The lovely lady at the front was so quick to help us. She apologized for the inconvenience, offered to switch our room, and gave us the cutest little goodie/snack bag. Overall, our stay at the Bradford was perfect. I highly recommend it!
