The garage is 2 car and is automatic. Public schools are nearby and have bus service. A must see.

Renter is responsible for utilities and yard maintenance. $500 deposit for each pet if approved. 1 year minimum lease. Rent: $3000 a month. First month plus deposit due at signing. No smoking.
