The room was very noisy due to traffic passing by won't stay on the second floor if I stay there again. The room was okay, not as clean as I like it. I DON’T understand why the hotel didn't get the room security codes fixed. It was inconvenient as I had to be walked to my room by hotel personnel each time I came out of the room.

Everything was great for my stay except i saw a glob of hair on the shower wall. I did ask the front desk if they could have someone clean the shower only. Unfortunately, they cleaned the whole bathroom, but never cleaned the hair off the shower wall. Pretty gross!

The General Manager checked us in, and she was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions she provided. The room was clean and comfortable. Finding something to watch on TV was a bit of a challenge because there was no guide, and the channel directory provided did not always match up with the channels. The screen also got all fuzzy and screwed up many times. We would still recommend this hotel at this location.

The only problem with this visit was that the breakfast bar was nearly empty when we arrived at 8 a.m. No milk at the coffee bar, no cinnamon rolls, eggs were empty but eventually replaced, no bacon - just sausages, no orange juice. The breakfast is usually a favorite part of this hotel, so we were disappointed this time. Not up to the usual standard.
