Nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was terrible and the heat woke us several times in the night because it was rattling. For the price it was fine but we were really hoping with the Davenport group buying the hotel it would be more comfortable.

Parking rules are the number 1 reason why I will no longer stay here. The rooms are very dated, layout of the rooms are not very functional, building lights shine through the black out curtains. You can hear your next door neighbor like they are in your room. I can continue but why. Main point, I no longer recommend staying here.

Room was not the cleanest. There need's to be some deep cleaning done. I clean air bnb's for a living and I can tell you that the room is only ever surfaced cleaned. Wasn't disgusting but definitely needs some real scrubbing done in there.

The staff at the front desk was friendly. Needed more help in the dining room on weekend. Rooms were spacious and clean but windows did not counter act the noise from roadway. Never had to pay for parking when you stay at a hotel.
