Hotels.com treated me horrible wouldn’t let me change my reservation charged me a penalty fee. Then the casino didn’t hold my reservation that I had. I called them and told them I would be showing up on the second day of my reservation because HOTELS.COM would change my stay. When showed up they said my reservation was a no show and gave my room away. What JOKE. SCAM!!!!!!!!! I will never stay or use either company AGAIN!
