Balcony view was wonderful, we could see both the pool and ocean from our room. Friday night they had fireworks at Clayton's next door and we couldn't have gotten a better view than our own room! They pool was great and access to the beach was super easy. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues with both of our TVs that took a full 24 hours to resolve. I understand it was the ISP that was the issue and not the hotel, but I had to speak to a manager to actually get a proper explanation. The front desk kept blaming the conference going on or the Wi-Fi, even though the TVs were hardwired to Ethernet, and kept offering to send maintenance up despite me telling them they had already been up and couldn't fix anything. The breakfast was also only so-so. Both days we ate there, the offerings were exactly the same and the quality wasn't great. We discovered on the second day we could order omelettes but it was not very obvious that was an option at all. I did appreciate Starbucks being served in the stand alone bistro cafe though!

Mariott stay in October 2025

Reception staff were unwelcoming, inexperienced, and just downright rude. It made my visit from the start a less than stellar experience. The room was excellent and we enjoyed the funny balcony even though it was overlooking a service rooftop. Breakfast is held at the restaurant/bar called Bar Louie. It is an odd choice as it is somewhat dark between the flashing disco lights, so it an interesting journey to find the free coffee. All in all, we are locals, so we are somewhat used to the quirks of the region. We are regular visitors determined to enjoy the island and its beauty.

Stay was great. Restaurant downstairs is great, the service was good and staff was nice. I few nasty faces from the manager Vanessa but other than that the hotel is very nice and the ocean views from the balcony were amazing
