Was quite disappointed in this stay. This is my third time here at this Barcelo and did not receive the same treatment or accommodation as previously. We arrived to a broken TV, hot fridge, faulty balcony door and was shrugged off with no help or offer to fix it. We did not receive daily room cleanings or towel/refreshment replacements daily. We spoke with the front desk and got no where and were told to reach out to corporate to file a formal complaint. We are now looking to book our next trip for April 2026 and based on their customer service, we will likely be booking with a new resort unless they can offer a solution all these months later.
