I was extremely impressed by the staff. They were professional, but friendly. They were eager to help from the front desk to housekeeping. The accommodations were nicer than we thought they would be. A great surprise!

We stayed at this hotel to attend a speaking event in Bossier City. The hotel has been updated. However, there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. Our room had toothpaste on the wall. The only entry point is the front doors. The other doors were being "fixed". The hotel was quite but there is traffic noises from outside - thankfully the indoor air unit, has an option for continuous fan.

I was given a handicapp room that I didn't book, the shower light didn't work, the plug-in by the sink didn't work, there was sitting water on the floor next to the toilet, the window shade string was broken, and there was no ironing board. I've stayed here before and I loved it. The location is convenient to downtown, the property is well kept and the hotel is clean overall. I will reach out to management with my concerns.

Bathroom had bugs and something black smeared on wall in restroom. It was not clean in areas. Bed was clean and comfortable, front desk staff very nice. She said she would have refunded part but because I went through hotels.com she could not.
