"As far as I can tell, this place is a scam. Be sure to read the policy before booking here and I would suggest using the insurance in case you want to cancel when you find out you’ve been bait and switched. First of all, don’t expect the actual property to look anything like the photos on the advertisement. Secondly, you will receive multiple emails with links that are illegible if you’re trying to figure out how to actually check in. None of the links worked for me, and looked like html code rather than containing any actual useful information. There’s also no where to actually check in and no one on site to contact. I was able to speak to someone on the phone when I could not access the room I paid for, but it sounded like some foreign call service and not a legitimate business. You will show up at a door with a lock box, but the code I was given did not work because apparently you have to also share your credit card information via one of these scammy links sent over email that lead you to another website entirely that has nothing to do with Expedia. I was unwilling to give my credit card information to some random web link, requesting an extra $300 deposit plus another $49 damage waiver which is more than the price of the room. I ended up having to find another hotel room for the night and Expedia was not helpful in helping solve the issue I had with this booking. I would highly recommend avoiding this place."

"Everything was in excellent condition at this hotel. Parking garage access is simple, and the location is within walking distance of the convention center and arena. The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."

"There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "
