I liked the short walk from the hotel lobby to the casino as well as the security measure of using the room key to access the elevators. We had breakfast in the hotel and the meal was delicious especially the bacon.

Hannah and Gilber were amazing as well as all of the other staff. We had a little Glitch through Travelocity but they went above and beyond to get it fixed and get us in a room. We even got an upgrade to a suite. The shower… Omg the shower was heaven, 3 different heads and all worked at once. We will definitely be back k for another stay whenever we pass through.

No microwave, no pool, not much really except the casino which already takes a ton of your money, so for the price to be as high as it is for a room with literally nothing but a bed , mini fridge & TV, definitely not worth it... It was well kept, but it is brand new still.

Initially staff was attentive. This time many were on their cell phones ...needed reminding that people were waiting . The room was clean but had a bad smell..almost like the remainder from last visitors. One small note there could be an addition of a small breakfast place that you can get something quick...bagels.. coffee?

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels. We went to the restaurant in the hotel lobby for breakfast and dinner. Verrry slow service. Forgot to bring the juice. Had to ask for more coffee, then she only filled one persons cup and didn’t even ask if anyone else wanted a warm up. Dinner as better. Food was good but drinks were very weak.

While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better communication about the room assignment.

New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.

Hollywood casino hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. Shot out to Fibianna and Vincent at the front desk. Both were very friendly, hopefully and willing to help. I had a king room which was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I didn't use the gym but it seemed to have everything nor did I eat at the Hill restaurant. Mainly because I didn't see anything on the menu I liked. I also thought the price for a night was reasonable. The casino is just that a casino. To many penney machines and table games. Overall, it was a choice. Would recommend!

The bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly as there was hair (not ours) and pieces of tp all over the floor . I would have brought it to the attention of the staff but they were completely booked and we had a surgical appt early the next morning. The bed was THE most comfortable ever in a hotel. Check in staff (Rita) was fantastic!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful! The room was lovely but the air conditioning in the room was very loud, and you could hear people walking and closing doors all night. The bed was clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in, or tried to sleep in. The chair in the room had no padding and was uncomfortable also. We couldn’t sleep.
