Great stay at the Hampton Inn in Downtown Columbus. Close to the Convention Center, and the Arena as well as some good eateries. Great Staff throughout the hotel, especially Cliff at the front desk.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and to help you in anyway. This will be my preferred hotel when staying in Columbus from now on.

Although room was specifically described as 'cityview'; my view was of an office building next door. My room was provided one wash/facecloth. I travel frequently so I had my own, didn't need to call down once I realized there was only one. Lastly, 1/3 elevators were working, and I was on the seventh floor, taking the stairs was not always ideal for me and my significant other. On a good note, friendly check-in personnel.
