Balcony flooded, unusable due to leaking ceiling. No fitness center. Witnessed food theft by guests. OJ was sour every day. No dresser in the room; had to live out of our suitcases. Desk chair was broken and unusable. When we told the front desk at checkout, there was no make-good offer or credit. I would never recommend this hotel . It ruined our vacation"

"We loved staying in this house. The views were absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything plus more that you could possibly need. The host company also responded very quickly to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great stay. The home had everything we needed and is in a great location. The bedding was so comfy! My only complaint is only having one parking space for a rental that can accommodate up to 10 and there were no suggestions of where to park a second vehicle when I asked. I would definitely stay here again though. "
