The rooms are nice and clean. But staff?! There is no staff. when you walk into the lobby you are greeted by a telehelp booking company all the way from India. I did not interact with one single staff or desk worker from the time I checked I until the time I check out. They sure aren’t busy. One of the busiest weekend in that area and 10 cars in the lot

My toilet was down they switched my room no problem. But then the TV wasn't picking up channels. They had a smart TV but you couldn't use any of the features. The wifi wasn't that good. The staff was a Kiosk machine. They was nice. They did everything to make it a pleasant stay.
