"the staff was so helpful and they did speak English which helped a lot. Both the room and the hotel were very clean. the airport shuttle stop was conveniently located in front of the hotel. they had an extensive breakfast which included both Japanese food and American. there was also a coffee house located directly next door with a connecting door where I had one of the best coffees I've ever had. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"This hotel is better than I expected. It is old but the room is clean with sufficient amenities. The price is reasonable for staying during Golden week. Proximity to scrabble crossing, Shibuya center gai and Shibuya Station is a plus. Front desk and breakfast staff working very hard. My only complaint is that there is not enough electrical outlets to charge my devices."
