"Great Hotel. Like all other Hotels in Dubai serivce is exceptional, Valet for free, nice clean spacious rooms. We loved the sushi bar that was open when we arrived late at night and the breakfast was great - we did not order breakfast ahead of time and were offered to have it for a reduced and reasonable price."

"Really comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily, good pool, funky design to the lobby. Staff were generally friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had lots of options, you can also order off the specials menu. We used the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall which takes around 10 minutes but you can walk there in around 30 minutes. Would stay in a Rove hotel again. "

"We had a great stay in a premium club room and really enjoyed both the room and the lounge. Additionally, the hotel has a great central location in Dubai so was very conveniently located near the Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and the city in general. Most significantly, we would like to extend a special "thank you" to Erika and Archel for their hospitality during our stay. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning after a long red-eye flight and Erika and Archel seamlessly checked us in early and took care of holding onto and then coordinating getting our luggage to our room. And since we arrived early and very tired, they even arranged for us to utilize a spare guest room for a few hours to rest while we waited for our room to be ready. Their great service is why we have long been huge fans of Shangri-La and have stayed at many of your locations throughout the world. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and effortless! "
