The room had amazing views, clean. Pro - If you have food allergies, they make sure you get breakfast according to it. This is a major thing for everyone. Con - There are 6 elevators but if your room is above 40, then will have to wait 10-15 mins. Need to work on that. Cheers and enjoy your stay at Gevora.. Have a blast.. 😊

This place is wonderful. Staff very accommodating for an early check in with an upgraded suite. Restaurant with views of Burj Khalifa. Pool is really nice. Close to museum of the future and doormen are great to get taxi

Not great at all. Lifts took forever from the lobbies to the rooms simply because of the volume of people. On one occasion, it took more than 40 minutes to be able to get down from my floor. Stairs not an option. Breakfast poor.

Room was not spotless and one of the 6 days, the staff neglected to leave a roll of toilet paper. One aspect of this hotel that is unattracitve, is that staff use the same elevators as the guests and often getting off at multiple floors, making the ride down excessively crowded and slow. One staff member did however stand out - he was exceptional and customer-driven....His name is Kashyap. Look for him, he's courteous, professional and very helpful.

The Jevora Dubai Hotel is a very old property and it urgently needs a full renovation. The elevators are a serious issue and need improvement, as do the bathrooms. Moreover, the kitchen is not functional. Overall, the hotel requires major refurbishment as soon as possible. VERY NOISY
