Excellent service. I don't have have had hot water the first day but they sent someone to fix It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained.

Very nice hotel close to Dubai business areas and also the metro which was convenient. Has a nice view of the Burj Khalifa from some rooms. Staff were friendly and generally accommodating. Only negative point is that to go to the top level you have to have a reservation and minimum is $D100. We had 20 people staying at the hotel for a wedding and wanted to take some pictures up there but were not allowed. This was disappointing considering the amount of money we'd spent there already. Elevators during Fri-Sun are also quite busy so can take a while if you're above floor 41. Overall it's a nice hotel and I'd stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch — everything from the on-site dining to the fitness center was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! A big shout-out to Mr. SHOAIB for providing exceptional service and making my stay even more memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference.

The breakfast was really bad, with very poor quality. The staff at the pool, especially the person in charge, were extremely rude. It didn’t even have hot water. On top of that, every time we needed the elevator, we had to wait at least 30 minutes, which was really frustrating
