Let me put this in perspective. The price point does not have expectations of a highend resort YET I have been staying here intermittently for years. Definitely needs some money put into the basics. The heater in the room sounded like an aircraft ready for takeoff. NONE of the plugs in the room worked so you couldn't plug in your device except in the bathroom to charge. Just basics. When it was Crowne Plaza it was a bit better. Just an honest evaluation.

Great choice for a hotel near the airport. Flawless check in and the room was clean and well appointed. There’s a handy kiosk in the lobby for snacks and drinks. The shuttle to the terminal left on time and the driver was super helpful with our bags. Would absolutely recommend.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The cafe had a small menu but it was brilliant. And the cafe wait staff -- especially the principal servers at breakfast and at dinner -- were among the best wait staff we have ever encountered.
