The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

A estadia foi ótima me senti em casa, os funcionários foram bem atenciosos em tirar dúvidas e ajudar, o quarto que ficamos teve um problema com o aquecimento da água, logo eles nos trocaram para outro apartamento; quarto estava limpo, e a localização ótima próximode comércioe shopping. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Extremamente bem localizado, no começo da Paulista. Área ao redor bem tranquila e segura, próxima ao Shopping Pátio Paulista, Japan House e Casa das Rosas. Estações de metro também acessíveis. O Processo de check-in é ok, bem como o acesso ao apto, realizado através de senha. Tamanho do quarto excelente - uma pequena cozinha, e um banheiro com bom chuveiro. Único ponto é a limpeza do quarto, principalmente as toalhas e roupa de cama - vi algumas manchas meio suspeitas. No mais é uma boa opção de hospedagem em São Paulo.

O atendimento e processo de checkin e checkout é super ágil. Tem recepção, o que ajuda muito. A localização é boa, um pouco na parte pior da Paulista, mas ainda assim é tranquilo. Isolamento acustico da janela não é dos melhores. O mini mercado que tem dentro é bem diversificado. O conforto e instalações são bem ok. Os móveis e cama são de baixa qualidade. O chuveiro é bem ruim. Para um estadia de 1 dia eu voltaria. Para 1 semana, como costumo ficar, tem outros studios melhores na região.

Não havia cozinha, apenas 1 elevador funcionando, quarto sem local para colocar malas, check in burocrático e realizado um a um dos hóspedes da mesma reserva. Há taxa para limpeza e para secador de cabelo, por exemplo. A única vantagem é a localização.
