The location was great and had many spots to eat and drink at it was also very safe to walk at any hour, the only downside was the current construction going on next to it but that’s not the hotels fault. Would definitely return to this location without a doubt.

The building fairly new with good amenities. Upon arrival found few minor issues with the room which was sorted out by the staff they were very courteous They attended to all my requests during my stay of 11 days There is shops and restaurants on your doorsteps. I will recommend this property to all my friends Only downside is if your inside during the daytime there is building work next door which can be disturbing

O Studio é conforme apresentado nas fotos. A área de banho é bem pequena e isso as vezes pode ser um problema. A Unidade que fiquei é bem na frente do elevador então se você se incomoda com barulhos de pessoas não aconselho. No geral a minha hospedagem foi agradabilíssima!

O prédio é novo, então as comodidades são boas. Máquina de nespresso no quarto é bem útil também. A limpeza entre um hospede e outro é express (poderiam passar um paninho a mais no chão), mas não é tão diferente de outros hoteis. Toalhas ruins, mas o preço da reserva até justifica. Nosso problema mesmo foi o check in. Tentei antecipar e simplesmente não conseguia contato. Fui até o local, mas a portaria não tem relação com a Charlie. Às 15h, o quarto que me foi indicado estava ocupado. Demorei a conseguir um contato que não fosse robô e só depois de umas 3 horas esperando nos designaram p/ um outro quarto. Estava em SP para a maratona, a SP city, e isso atrapalhou bastante nosso planejamento. Outros hóspedes com o mesmo problema, alguns tendo que ser remanejados para outros prédios (sendo que a localização era privilegiada para a largada da prova na madrugada seguinte). Enfim, depois desse dia conseguimos contato rápido para coisas pontuais. Pode ter sido um problema pontual, pela alta demanda da data, mas o fato de não conseguirmos contato nem com a Hoteis.com serviu de alerta.

A hospedagem foi muito boa: localização, vista do quarto, aconchego. Só pediria para revisar alguns itens do quarto, pois no banheiro o toalheiro estava se desprendendo da parede e as mesas de cabeceira estavam bem frouxas.

Foi ótima minha estadia nesses 3 dias. Hotel bem localizado, bairro bem gostoso. Perto de supermercado, restaurante e padaria. Voltaria tranquilamente. Fora a vista da sacada que é bem legal. Estadia com transtornos desde o início, contratamos 3 quartos e os 3 tivemos problemas! Em 2 quartos os hóspedes não conseguiram acessar o prédio com a biometria facial, tivemos que ficar um longo tempo aguardando na rua até alguém do suporte resolver o problema. Corremos risco de ser assaltados, passamos frio e queríamos descansar para uma prova de corrida que teríamos no dia seguinte, atrapalhou diretamente nosso desempenho na corrida. Em um dos quartos os hóspedes tiveram que ser transferidos para outro prédio a quase 2km de distância, um absurdo! Experiência pessima!

A acomodação era otima, super limpa e organizada, so tivemos um problema no check-in, nos e diversos outros hóspedes, porta do predio estava lotado, todos com dificuldade para acessar o predio e a comunicação com pessoal do Charlie é bem robotizada e quando consegue falar com um atendente é bem demorada a troca de mensagens, devemos ter ficado uns 40 minutos.esperando resolver o problema. No mais foi tudo ok.

O prédio, o apartamento e as comodidades são muito boas. A comunicação por aplicativo com o Charlie deixou a desejar. Até o momento do checkin (15h) não havia recebido o código para acesso ao apartamento. O atendimento pelo whats foi demorado e levou mais de 1 hora para falar com um atendente e receber o código de entrada. Solicitei extensão para o checkout, foi concedido 1 hora a mais, porém ao chegar ao prédio após as 11h no dia do checkout, a biometria facial já havia sido desabilitada. A falta de agilidade no atendimento ao hóspede comprometeu a satisfação com a hospedagem.
