I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are super clean water showers. Everything was great. They just don’t have a big swimming pool. That’s about it and fitness center really small but great for business and everything else was excellent.

I initially requested a basic city view room and when I arrived they gave me a room specially designed for a wheelchair bound person. Then the front desk staff tried to convince me that it was my fault for not viewing the pictures to see it was designed for a wheelchair bound person. Overall, the other staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the location was fairly ok.

Reservei 3 noites para a minha mãe neste hotel, e ela só teve elogios! Ela estava com o pé machucado durante a estadia, e a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, levando gelo para ela colocar no pé todos os dias. Ela comentou que toda a equipe foi incrível, sempre gentil e prestativa. O café da manhã também foi maravilhoso, com ótimas opções, e ela simplesmente amou tudo. Além disso, a localização é excelente, perto do metrô e do Shopping Ibirapuera, o que facilitou bastante a locomoção. Com certeza recomendamos!
