A acomodação e a estrutura do prédio é ótima. Usamos bastante a academia, a lavanderia também é um ponto positivo. Deixo duas dicas de melhoria, reservamos para 4 pessoas e só tinha garfo para dois, copo para 2 e roupa de cama e toalhas também. Tivemos que solicitar no dia seguinte, mesmo assim não enviaram coberta, somente lençóis. A limpeza da área de banho tbm pode melhorar. Retornaria com certeza pois valeu muito a pena, nos atendeu muito bem a acomodação, bem ao lado do metro do Brooklin.

Bom apartamento e localização, mas a comunicação com a propriedade foi terrível. Cheguei às 22h e o código que me passaram da porta estava errado, levei 50 min para receber o certo (fiquei no corredor). O processo de cadastro facial só funcionou pois eu solicitei o link para isso antes de chegar a propriedade, se não teria ficado na rua mesmo. No ap an internet informada estava incorreta, consegui conectar pois era a rede e a senha que estavam no roteador. Enfim muitos problemas de comunicação, e após um dia trabalhando, quando cheguei a propriedade meu quarto estava destrancado. Eu acho que a fechadura não estava travando corretamente, informei a propriedade na hora (por whats, único canal que funcionava) e nunca recebi retorno. O lugar é bom mas o suporte é péssimo.

o pré checkin foi péssimo, cadastrei com antecedência e na hora precisei fazer tudo do zero e a facial estava com problema onde foi preciso pegar um cartão de acesso, fora isso a estadia foi bem agradável, piscina, quarto e academia foram os pontos alto da hospedagem

A limpeza foi protocolar. Havia cabelos nos espaços dos shampoos, farelos nas cadeiras, cobertores estavam ou manchados de sangue ou sujos, dentre outras coisas. A senha do Wi-Fi fornecida não funcionava e quando entrei em contato solicitando auxílio, ninguém resolveu. O cofre tb não estava funcionando

Não costumo fazer esse tipo de review mas não posso deixar passar o desinteresse em atender o cliente dessa empresa... pedi pra entrar mais cedo pois o check in era só as 15 e negaram...pra ajudar demorei duas horas e meia pra conseguir entrar no quarto pela dificuldade de comunicação pelo unico whatsapp disponibilizado pela empresa... pedi para sair mais tarde pois meu voo era a noite me cobraram um diária inteira. Quando passou meia hora do check in me mandaram mensagem pedindo pra liberar o quarto. Falei que havia pago mais uma diária, não localizaram, tive que mandar o comprovante de pagamento pra provar o que estava falando... A cama fica há dois metros de altura e essa informação não está disponível na hora da reserva. Tive que dormir preocupado com uma criança na cama. Pra acessar essa cama não pode ter mais de 70/80 quilos. Caso contrário não passa no pequeno acesso. Segundo funcionários do local é um problema constante essa dificuldade de comunicação da empresa. Enfim, cômico senão fosse trágico. NUNCA MAIS.

O Studio é bom, porém a administração deixa a desejar. Difícil comunicação, visto que é só por WhatsApp e é uma central que coordena diversos apartamentos. Sobre a limpeza, deixa a desejar. Cheguei no apartamento antes da hora, não pude entrar no prédio, tive que ficar do lado de fora do prédio esperando a hora para poder entrar. Após entrar me passaram dois quartos e os dois estavam sujos e não estavam prontos para eu poder entrar. Sendo que isso já era 16 horas.

O apartamento em si é muito bom, mas é a segunda vez que alugamos e temos o mesmo problema, de chegar tarde, cansado e não ser autorizado a entrar no prédio, um verdadeiro descaso, você paga pela hospedagem e chega no momento do check-in ter que ficar implorando para resolverem...
