Staff was great and food was average main buffet needs to change types of food more often as was the same all week compared to other resorts that do minor changes daily to create some variety. Biggest downfall is the pools they need updated as all should wear water shoes if using them for long periods and could get cuts on feet.

Has a great gym and lots of fresh food. The beach and sea are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. People come back year after year. We have grown very fond of Las Brisa and the quiet, laid-back sunshine of Huatulco.

We did not know that this was an OLD hotel before, called CLUB MED. You can see a lot of old stuff from the old hotel. NO Elevators at all , lots of stairs, the air condition in the rooms are old and very noisy, only one speed for the fan, and AC unit. This needs to improve. The service staff, from checkin to bell boys are excellent. The staff is great, waiters, maids, drivers makes a very nice stay. Just fix the AC in the rooms, upgrade them!

Muy bonito el hotel. Al tener Gold, nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado y una entrada más temprano, pero creo que depende más de la disponibilidad (no parecía haber demasiada gente en el hotel. Habitación limpia, con aire acondicionado. La comida muy buena, variedad, tiene restaurantes para cena y de variedad. Bebidas llegan a la alberca o a la playa, excelentes meseros. El masaje en el Spa fue lo más recomendable, estuvo estupendo. Ya quiero regresar pronto.

The staff were wonderful. In particular: Juan (head waiter) , the bartender and Feliciano at Mexicano restaurant. Eva and Gabby at the omelette and taco station at Mexicano restaurant. Oscar a shuttle driver. Breiseda at Concierge. Miguel a waiter on the beach. Raimen at Mediterraneo restaurant. All the staff at the water sports. I rated as a 4 not five as the food was sometimes disappointing. It was inconsistent at the Beach Club and in the buffet. Also the information provided at the front desk when we checked in was quite limited. The beaches are wonderful. Great swimming. But a friend stepped on a sting ray in the water sport area and was seriously hurt. The doctor who attended said he sees four such incidents a month. With this frequency the hotel should provide a warning and advise use of water shoes.

It was awesome !! It was 31 degrees every day ! The sun shone all day every day ! There was not one drop of rain nor anything you could call wind. It was exactly the weather I was hoping for. The resort was huge but I guess November is not peak season so no crowds. The room was kept very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really quite good for an all-inclusive, drinks were so-so. It was great to see so many Mexican guests at a Mexican resort. They outnumbered the Canadians who outnumbered the Americans. If I didn't have a rule against it, I would go there again.

Very relaxing stay! One suggestion I would make is for Las Brisas to eliminate or mae more apparent their two-tiered all inclusive system. We were with a large group and we had different restaurant access privileges and different levels of access to premium drinks at the bar. We had no idea about this difference heading into the trip. Still had a great trip but it was an unexpected minor complication.

We had a great time at Las Brisas. It was the first time at this resort for my family. The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly as well as efficient. We liked the food at the individual restaurants a lot more than the buffet. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't more local cuisine offered at the buffet. The resort is quite spread out but there are golf carts available for shuttling guests around. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would stay at Las Brisas again.
