The view is amazing but the rooms are dated. The staff at check in was focused on selling you rather than taking care of our needs and at times lacked social awareness. The staff was also not fully informed. Numerous times we got conflicting information on our questions. This property has amazing potential but needs help. Management needs to do a better job running the resort.

Most of the areas were very dirty and old. The silverware was always with rest of past meals, even lipstick and stains. Roof in the aisles in very bad conditions I was always afraid of getting hit in my head by a piece of roof. Dishes and kitchen areas very dirty and grassy.

Very nice property, with great beach access and view. The food was good for being all inclusive. My only complaint which is a big deal, is front desk is very unorganized with billing. They double charged us for services and it was very difficult to dispute.

The food was sold to us on the 6th. They told us it was lobsters, and I had to pay $4,070 for 4 people. I complained because we only received small langoustines, and I paid for 4. I only received 2. The pool was very dirty, and only 2 restaurants were open. We had to wait in line to have lunch. There was very little staff and very poor service. We traveled as 17 people to your hotel, and it was not what we expected.
