Each bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and its own ensuite bathroom, creating a sense of privacy and convenience for all guests. A sixth full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area for added guest comfort.

The villa’s large open-concept living area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're gathered around the Smart TV for a cozy movie night or enjoying a game of pool with friends and family, this space is made for connection.

Step outside to your private oasis, where two pools await—one full-sized for swimming and a shallow lounging pool, perfect for kids, reading or soaking in the sun. Enjoy ocean views from the terrace as you grill up a meal on the BBQ or unwind with a drink in hand. Gated parking is available on-site for your convenience.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available through our Company, we encourage travelers to secure travel insurance.
