We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and even took the time to help us arrange rides whenever we needed to go somewhere. Our room was spotless and very clean, and the views from the property were stunning. Another major highlight was the food. Breakfast was included, which was a fantastic perk, and the on-site restaurant, La Doña, was a 10/10! I highly recommend dining there. We will definitely be back!

Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer.
