Everything was terrible, the bathroom was horrible, the room was so small, no closet, the towels looked dirty, it was the worse place ever. I will never use Expedia again! We got a beautiful hotel closer to the centre and for less money. My husband found it , I couldn’t stay in that hotel, it was horrible

We reserve this Hotel and when we arrive it was horrible, we not get our room because the not accepted an official identification and the not give us the money back. I can not recommend this Hotel at all. We went to another Hotel did our check in with the same document without any problem. If someone what to relax don't book this one!

The property was hard to find at first because the entrance is down an alley. At night they have a chain and lock for the main door. I can understand the need for safety but if there is a fire, this is the only exit for the property. The room was very comfortable. Upon arrival there was a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us. Very nice! There were 2 double beds which helped. The bathroom sink was unique in the fact it was a pedestal with a very small bowl. The shower was wonderful. The showerhead was very high so that any tall person would fit under it. The one thing we missed was having a small frig for our beverages. All in all we enjoyed our stay there.

Inexpensive and easy, but!

First, the entrance to the hotel is down a small alley, took a bit to find. It's lit with small path lighting at night. The room was ok at first glance, but looking closer it had water damage in the bathroom and what appeared to be mold over the shower. The bed was comfy, but they need to offer an extra blanket in the colder season or a plug-in heater. It was very cold in the room. Overall it was inexpensive and it worked for one night.

Almost all corresponded to expectations and we really enjoyed our stay, the surroundings, and staff friendliness. However, one important point did not correspond to expectations: I selected this place assuming from the photos that I'd have a sofa; this was important as I was going to have an online meeting in one of the days. Unfortunately, that did not happen and staff said it's because the photos online might correspond to different rooms and that one in specific was not available. I'd suggest to have specific rooms with such differences as different options.

First we didn’t get the room we paid for, then we couldn’t sleep because an alarm was going on all night and nobody was on the property to figure out, next day they changed the room for the correct one but with the surprise that we didn’t have hot water and had to shower at 6:00 am with cold water because again nobody was there and nobody responded my messages! Cute place but they don’t have the most basic for guests like good communication care and hot water! No recomendable.

This is a house turned into a hotel. It's in a dark alley. The reservation was under my name, but they didn't let me check in until the person who made the reservation (who was in the US) sent them a picture of their passport. They sent whatsapp messages saying that the doors to the hotel close at 11pm and whay time WE we returning. There was not WE, I was the only one there. After I returned, another whatsapp message asking if WE just got there 30 minutes ago. I said no, I was there over an 1 hr ago. They insisnted if WE needed anthing else, like blankets. I said no, I do not need anything else. There was not hot water, you have to let it run for a while. The room was ok.
