This was my second time staying at Casa No Name so that says a lot. The staff are professional and very attentive of the needs of all guests. The entire facility from the rooms to the rooftop bar are well appointed and in excellent condition. I will stay again at Casa No Name!
This hotel is a gem! I love how that it is a UNESCO property and retains its historic charm including the beautiful frescos. Our room was immaculate. The rooftop bar was great and we ordered small plates that were all delicious. The staff were very considerate and friendly. An added bonus is that the property was once home of the famous fashion photographer, Deborah Turbeville - some of her original cameras are in the beautiful boutique. Overall an exceptional experience and we’ll stay there again.
Really beautiful, friendly staff. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Room was okay - shower had no enclosure and a long time for the water to get hot. Upon checking in, we were told if we used more than 2 espresso pods we would be charged. Inappropriate for the amount they charge
The hotel and the room were beautiful, and staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately they were not exactly forthcoming about the amount of noise we'd have to put up with when they mentioned there were complementary earplugs in the room. The club next door was going loud and hard until about 3am on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights we were there. A real shame because the hotel was otherwise fantastic, but I do not recommend it to anyone who values their sleep.
Gorgeous, sophisticated, tasteful boutique hotel with much history in center of town. Tranquil and beautiful setting with much attention to details. Only recommendation is to accompany better continental breakfast to guests.
Fabulous oasis with true charm and historic ambiance. Staff went above and beyond. Classy all around with good breakfast and a terrace. Only issue was low water pressure in shower. I would be delighted to return.
The property is an architectural delight! The staff at the front desk are very, very helpful. The property lacks a deep experience of hospitality that I would normally expect with a hotel of this caliber I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to be blown away by the beauty of a property.

We had issues with property amenities, the shower head was not working properly when we tried to use it. We contacted the property and they fixed it, at the of the stay they claimed we damaged the shower head despite extensive explanation we did not know had to work it. The manager of the property was not helpful and proceeded to charge us for the “damages”.
This was one of the most magical places I have ever stayed. It's a small paradise that you enter and it feels like it's just for you. The attention to detail, the loving care and reverence for the history of the place, coupled with the gorgeous design and modern sensibilities, was perfection. The location was close to everything. I love Casa No Name and will stay nowhere else when I return.
Loft ‘Tamayo’ was beautiful. Street noise was loud at night due to transom window control being broken and unable to close.
Biggest disappointment and aggravation was that the Loft rooms are in a building separate from the hotel, a couple of blocks away, and this was not disclosed on any online descriptions. I chose Casa No Name specifically for its location adjacent to a house friends were renting, so this was an issue. Check-in that should have taken 5 minutes took over 30 due to waiting for a car to drive me and the receptionist (who was very nice but ineffective) to the property. I later found out that the lofts are only managed by Casa No Name and the building is currently for sale. Listed by The Agency San Miguel.

I’ve stayed better
Pillows in my room were horrible and it was the master suite I do not understand. Very poor linen choice for a “luxury boutique hotel”. Absolutely no pressure in the shower and this was all three days. The bottled waters in room were never replaced and there was no mini fridge much less room service. They did offer to bring up breakfast for an extra charge of course. Do not forget to pack your insect repellent and your earplugs.
We found certain policies of the hotel to be disruptive and inconsiderate during our stay and the lack of customer service to be an issue. The property was beautiful but I would hesitate to recommend the property.

It was clean and I had a great room. Felt like management nickel and dimed us which was very off putting. Although you have a Nespresso machine in your room you only have one complementary coffee pod and if you want more it costs you appx $3.5 a small pod. Their complementary breakfast is a cup of coffee and a slice of banana nut bread and is not served till 9:00. Nice place and nice front counter people but feels strict and stingy
