The hotel is located right next to the Marriott. Although street parking may not be feasible if you park Valet with Marriott, currently it's $27. The location is walking distance to restaurants and for us, attending the festival was perfect. The location for beach and sunseekers is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. We will return. was perfect. Sanrecommend to use the Valet Parking inarriott. Currently it's $27.

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful, but the very small lobby has a couch and a chair, nothing more, and there were 2 locals who were basically living in the lobby, they were there the whole time that we were, it was completely unacceptable. The rooms were avg. but the outlets were so worn out it was difficult just to charge a phone. The hotel is next to a night club and it was LOUD until 2 AM, and the street was loud until 330AM.

While the property is great and the staff nice, I checked in to a flooded room, I called concerned and had to contact Expedia for someone to show up and help me. Shocked I was not offered a new room and was told to wait until tomorrow at 6am for maintenance. Very disappointed overall at how this was handled. While I get things happened, I don’t get why I was not offered a new room.

Terrible hotel despite the great location. No maid service for our entire stay despite making repeated requests. The room was dirty and noisy, and the mattresses had stains that smelled urine. Terrible experience.

Sincerely, we were there for less than 10 minutes. This place is total misrepresentation. Approaching the property, there are rats the size of a cat. The hotels walls are dirty, the elevator is rusty, old and dirty. The room furniture looks like picked-up out of the garbage. Even the poor front desk clerk seemed embarrassed to see us leave so quick. I have been a Hotels.com customer for many years and was surprised they would include this place in their website. Now, they don't want to give us our money either. Worse experience EVER.
