1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
2. No parties or loud music allowed.
3. Please be mindful of the community and keep noise levels at an adequate level after 10 PM.
4. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or candles allowed.
5. Please do not leave wet towels on the furniture.
6. Avoid using skin products, hair dyes, or oils that may leave stains on the towels and bed linen. Any stains on the linen will incur additional fees.
7. If you have used sunblock or engaged in outdoor activities, please shower before going to bed to prevent staining.
8. Please notify us immediately of any spills or stains.
9. Keep all areas clean and tidy.
10. If you go to the beach, please use the outside shower to remove excess sand.
11. You can always call or message us through the Airbnb app
12. Most importantly, enjoy your stay!
Linens:
We take great care of our linens and kindly request that you do the same. Any staining on bedsheets or towels will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
