This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room reeked of feet, and it was obvious that everything in it was outdated and poorly maintained. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were so old and flat they should have been thrown out years ago. Nothing about the room felt clean or comfortable, and it honestly made me question the overall standards of this hotel. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Humble hotel

We wanted a moderate hotel as we weren’t planning to spend too much time other than sleeping. We came in for the bad bunny concert and spent 3 nights at this hotel.it is very central. We arrived at 1am and there was someone in the lobby that let us in. The room was a good size with a view of the water. The bed is very firm/not plush. It was very clean. The bathroom tub was a little slow/clogged and the hot water doesn’t last. This was not a problem for us. Only about 7 minute uber to old San Juan. We walked to condado beach. This hotel was the perfect humble hotel for us.

The staff was very nice, however the cleanliness was not great. We had to have our room switched due to the tub being full of sand and dirt. The tub was not draining the water at all when we tried to clean it. Other then that, everything else was okay. It’s perfect for a quick one to two day stay if you are looking for something cheap.

This is a small boutique hotel in a great location! The room was okay - bed was not the most comfortable, the AC was very loud in the room, the shower did not drain well. It was good for being in and out though as I was on vacation and not in the room much. The area is nice and has plenty of food options.

First of all, the elevator was not working and they had assigned me floor number 5, which I had to fight to get assigned a lower floor. Then, in their promotion, they indicate that they have parking and until you make the reservation, they indicate that it has a cost of 20 dollars. Out of 10, I only give it 4.
