You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Old San Juan, surrounded by beautiful historic streets, shops, and great places to eat. The location was perfect. It is walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and others. The customer service is excellent. The place doesn’t have an elevator but they sent someone to help us with our suitcases down the stairs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PR.
