Our studio is modest, cozy, and private. It’s perfect for an individual, group, or family who enjoys having their own space. My grandfather built this home for his beloved as a dormitory for students. In its best days, it hosted several young women from the University of Puerto Rico.

Just steps away from a popular Latin food restaurant and two blocks from a local breakfast spot. Close to nightlife and downtown Río Piedras. About 20 minutes from San Juan and the nearest beaches.

The Space
The studio is simple and features a private entrance accessible at any time, along with a comfortable space to relax. It has two bedrooms: one with a twin bed and another with a cozy king-size bed.

The bathroom is located between both rooms, providing easy access from each.

All rooms have fans and good lighting. Parking is on the street with private lighting. If you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy the sun during the day, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. It’s also ideal for students, as several universities are within walking distance. We’re also close to the “Río Piedras” and “Universidad” train stations.

If you’re a student, you’ll have easy access to the following institutions: Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, Universidad Politécnica, University of Puerto Rico, and Interamerican University of PR (Cupey Campus).
