The corner room was a great size. Had a view of the pool in the back, pool table, ping pong, whirlpool, towels were provided in a clear cabinet by the pool. The location had some great restaurants and there was a supermarket right across the street that was open 24 hours. Condado beach was a 15-20 minute walk away and more great restaurants were there too! The location was great as it wasn’t filled with tourists, a nice quiet area with tourist spots within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and even though I put in a room request kind of late, they were able to accommodate! Great hotel stay.

The hotel was so cold inside. Could not regulate the thermostat in my room so I turned it off completely. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable, but a little worn out. Pillows were flat and old. Furniture outdated. They provided a coffee pot with cups and coffee, but no stir sticks, creamer or napkins. Shower worked, but handle was hard to turn.

Room had bugs crawling in the walls. I notified the staff and the manager, she said that she would notify the housekeeper, she never did. The bugs where still there and I have pictures to prove it. I will never stay here again.
