Wake up steps from the beach in the heart of Condado. This cozy studio offers ocean and city views and an unbeatable location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, hotels, casinos and nightlife.

The studio accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed, double sofa bed and double futon. It includes a full bathroom and kitchenette, A/C and WiFi.

Water during scheduled rationing: The building's reserve system maintains water service during scheduled interruptions.

This apartment was my own home for several years, and I hope it feels like your HOME away from home while you experience Puerto Rico.

A note about the building: This is an older beachfront condominium, and its exterior and some common areas reflect its age and ongoing repair and maintenance work. While the building may look modest at first glance, the apartment is privately maintained and offers direct beach access, ocean views, a pool, gym, tennis court, 24/7 security, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes this location so special.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private patio. There was no power we bought a lot of food host did not warn us going into the bathroom floor was not smooth I stubbed my toe many times shower was hot and cold my shower was 2 minutes bed was low to the ground mattress very soft I am surprised I didn’t fall on the floor after 2 days brown water coming into tub we were afraid to use the toilet worst place I have ever been great view do not stay here
